For Android Devices
Step 1: Check Device Storage
Make sure your device has enough free space to download content.
Open your device’s Settings.
Tap Storage
Check how much free space is available.
Try to keep at least 5–10 GB of free space available for downloads.
Step 2: Clear the App Cache
Go to Settings.
Tap Apps and select Our App.
Tap Storage.
Tap Clear Cache.
You can also uninstall and reinstall the app, which clears the cache automatically.
Clearing the cache or reinstalling will remove all downloaded videos. You’ll need to re-enable storage permissions and sign in again.
For iOS Devices
iOS does not use traditional app cache the way Android does, but you can still take the following steps:
Step 1: Check Available Storage
Open your device’s Settings.
Tap General → iPhone Storage.
Check that you have enough free space available for downloads.
Try to keep at least 5–10 GB of free space available for downloads.
Step 2: Reinstall the App
If you’re still having trouble:
Go to Settings → General → iPhone Storage.
Find Our App, then tap:
Delete App (removes the app and all data).
Reinstall the app from the App Store.
After reinstalling, sign back in and try your download again.
Deleting the app will remove all previously downloaded videos.
