If you are experiencing issues when downloading content from our app, consider trying these troubleshooting steps.
Allow App Storage Permission - Andriod device
On your device, navigate to Settings
Tap Apps
Select our App from the list then tap on Permissions
Select Storage
Enable Allow
Should the issue persist, you will want to try to clear the app cache. Instructions on how to do that are below:
Clear App Cache:
Go to Settings on your device
Tap on Apps
Select our App from the list
Select Storage
Tap Clear Cache
Deleting and re-installing the app is also a quick way to clear the app cache.
Please note that clearing the App cache will require re-enabling the App Storage Permission and signing back into the app. Your previously downloaded videos will be removed as well.
