When using a web browser via a tablet and or smartphone, it saves some information from its website to its cache and cookies. Clearing the cache can fix certain issues like long load times.

Clearing cache and cookies will remove settings that were previously in place. For example, if you were signed in to some websites, you will be required to sign back in on your next visit.

Clearing Cache and Cookies on Tablet and Smart Phone (Android):

  1. On your device, navigate to Settings.

  2. Tab the Apps tab

  3. Locate our app and tap on it

  4. Tap the Storage tab

  5. Tap the Clear Data button

  6. Tap the Clear Cache button

  7. Restart the device
