Open the Chrome web browser.
In the upper right-hand corner, click the three vertical dots
Hover over More tools
Click Clear Browsing Data
Choose Basic or Advanced (preferably Advanced)
Choose time range - All Time
Select the cookies and other site data option
Select the cached images and files option
Click Clear Data
Once cleared, close all tabs. Try loadng our website once more.
