When using a web browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from its website to its cache and cookies. Clearing the cache can fix certain issues like long load times and formatting issues.

Clearing cache and cookies will remove settings that were previously in place. For example, if you were signed in to some websites, you will be required to sign back in on your next visit.

Chrome:

  1. Open the Chrome web browser.

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the three vertical dots

  3. Hover over More tools

  4. Click Clear Browsing Data

  5. Choose Basic or Advanced (preferably Advanced)

  6. Choose time range - All Time

  7. Select the cookies and other site data option

  8. Select the cached images and files option

  9. Click Clear Data

  10. Once cleared, close all tabs. Try loadng our website once more.

In general, you should notice an improvement in website load times and web browser performance.
