When using a web browser via a tablet and or smartphone, it saves some information from its website to its cache and cookies. Clearing the cache can fix certain issues like long load times.

Clearing cache and cookies will remove settings that were previously in place. For example, if you were signed in to some websites, you will be required to sign back in on your next visit.

Tablet and SmartPhone (iOS)

  1. On your device, open Settings

  2. Tab the General tab

  3. Scroll all the way down and tap the Transfer or Reset iPhone button

  4. Tap Reset at the bottom

  5. Tap the Reset Network Settings option

  6. Enter your iPhone's passcode to confirm reset

  7. Restart device
