I am not able to log in after the app updated.

If you are experiencing issues logging into the app after an update, you can give the following a try.

Issue: Invalid Credentials

Solution: Reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? option on the sign-in page as shown in a sample screenshot below.

Issue: 404 Unauthorized error/sever/subscription error

Solution 1: Delete and reinstall the app

Issue: No sign In or restore purchase option via the app

Solution 1: Delete and reinstall the app.

Solution 2: If you have a subscription in the app store but no account with us, Create a new Account.

Solution 3: If you have an active subscription and an account with us, go ahead and restore the purchase.

Issue: Only prompt to Create New Account

Solution 1: Delete and reinstall the app

Issue: Roku App - Invalid Credentials

Solution 1: Ensure that you are entering your email in lower cases when signing in.

If the issue persisted, please reach out to us describing the issue and what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Once we have that information we are able to investigate/troubleshoot further.
