If you are experiencing issues logging into the app after an update, you can give the following a try.
Issue: Invalid Credentials
Solution: Reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password? option on the sign-in page as shown in a sample screenshot below.
Issue: 404 Unauthorized error/sever/subscription error
Solution 1: Delete and reinstall the app
Solution 2: Reset your password via our website
Issue: No sign In or restore purchase option via the app
Solution 1: Delete and reinstall the app.
Solution 2: If you have a subscription in the app store but no account with us, Create a new Account.
Solution 3: If you have an active subscription and an account with us, go ahead and restore the purchase.
Issue: Only prompt to Create New Account

Issue: Roku App - Invalid Credentials
Solution 1: Ensure that you are entering your email in lower cases when signing in.
