    • Web users: Refresh the page and clear your browser cache if needed.

  2. Check your internet connection.

    A weak or unstable connection can prevent a successful login. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data, or restarting your router.

  3. Reset your password.

    If you’re unsure of your password, click or tap Forgot Password? on the login page to reset it.

  4. Clear stored data.

    • App users: Uninstall and reinstall the app to clear any lingering update issues.

    • Web users: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache.

  5. Check for multiple accounts.

    It’s possible you created more than one account using different email addresses.
