Why You May Need to Restore a Purchase
If you subscribed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play and cannot access content, you may need to restore your purchase.
Some app stores allow purchases without requiring account creation or login, which can cause subscription access issues, especially after app updates.
Restoring your purchase reconnects your app subscription to your account.
Step-by-Step: How to Restore Your Purchase
Before you start: Make sure your subscription is still active by checking your subscription list on your device.
Next:
Close the app completely.
Reopen the app.
Go to Account at the bottom right.
Tap Sign In.
Sign in to your account using one of the following methods:
You can request a magic link or enter your password manually.
💡 A magic link is a one-time login link sent to your email. Just click the link in your email to sign in without needing a password!
Forgot your password? Tap Sign in with password, then tap Set new password.
⚠️ If you only see the option to Create an Account, go ahead and create a new account and then proceed to step 8.
If you see an Invalid Credentials error, please reach out to our technical support team for help fixing your login credentials.
After signing in, return to Account at the bottom right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Purchases.
Tap Restore Purchase to reconnect your app store subscription to the app.
⚠️ Important:
If you encounter any issues during the restore process, contact our technical support team and provide:
The Transaction ID (from your App Store or Play Store purchase confirmation email)
A description of the step where the issue occurred
A screenshot of any warning or error message
A screenshot of your active subscription from your App Store or Play Store account
