Canceling via the Website
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription directly through our website:
Log in to your account via our website.
Navigate to the Dashboard or My Account page.
Tip: These links are usually found in the header (top) or footer (bottom) of the site. The page might also be called My Profile.
Click on Purchases & Payments.
Select Manage next to your active subscription.
To cancel:
Click End Membership to cancel your subscription.
If you want to temporarily pause your subscription instead, click Pause.
β Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing periods.
Important:
You may see a pop-up survey during the cancellation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to either confirm your cancellation or accept a special discount to continue your membership.
Canceling an In-App Subscription
If you purchased your subscription through an app store (like Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku), you must cancel it through the same app store.
Canceling through our website will not stop billing from an app store purchase.
