You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account via our website and going to the Dashboard or My Account page (Header or Footer of our website)
From the Dashboard or My Account page, click on Purchases
Then go ahead and click on Cancel Membership
Click on OK to confirm cancellation.
Once canceled, you will not be charged for the subscription in future months.
⚠️Important⚠️: You may receive a pop-up survey during the cancelation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel or to continue the subscription with a discount on your next billing date.
NOTE: If your subscription originated through an app store, you will need to cancel from the app store from which you made the purchase.
Canceling an in-app purchase via the website will not cancel your app-based subscription.
