You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account via our website and go to the Dashboard or My Account page (Header or Footer of our website)

From the Dashboard or My Account page, click on Billing

Scroll down to Active Plan and click on Change Plan

Click Cancel Membership. By design, this button is gray.

Click on OK to confirm cancellation.

Once canceled, you will not be charged for the subscription in future months.

NOTE: If your subscription originated through an app store, you will need to cancel from the app store from which you made the purchase.

Canceling an in-app purchase via the website will not cancel your app-based subscription.
