Pausing your membership temporarily suspends both billing and access to the service without canceling your account. It’s an ideal choice if you need a break but plan to return later.
Important: The pause will begin at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I pause my membership?
On the Website:
Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard/Your Profile.
Click on Purchases.
Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage.
Click End Membership.
You will be presented with a choice to Pause your membership or continue with the cancellation.
Choose the duration of the pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months.
Click Pause to finalize.
You will receive a confirmation email when the pause takes effect.
Note: You can pause your membership only once within a 12-month period. This means that after pausing, you'll need to wait a 12-months before you can pause your subscription again.
Important: The ability to pause your subscription is not yet available if you have a yearly membership.
During the paused period:
You will not be billed.
Access to subscription content will be restricted.
At the end of the pause period, the subscription will automatically reactivate, and regular billing will resume.
