You can pause your subscription instead of cancelling them outright.

Pausing your membership temporarily suspends both billing and access to the service without canceling your account. It’s an ideal choice if you need a break but plan to return later.

Important: The pause will begin at the end of your current billing cycle.

How do I pause my membership?

On the Website:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Dashboard/Your Profile.

  2. Click on Purchases.

  3. Scroll down to locate the Active Plan and click on Manage.

  4. Click End Membership.

  5. You will be presented with a choice to Pause your membership or continue with the cancellation.

  6. Choose the duration of the pause. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months.

  7. Click Pause to finalize.

You will receive a confirmation email when the pause takes effect.

Note: You can pause your membership only once within a 12-month period. This means that after pausing, you'll need to wait a 12-months before you can pause your subscription again.

Important: The ability to pause your subscription is not yet available if you have a yearly membership.

During the paused period:

  • You will not be billed.

  • Access to subscription content will be restricted.

  • At the end of the pause period, the subscription will automatically reactivate, and regular billing will resume.
