Some App Stores do not require users to sign in or create an account when making In-App purchases and as a result, you will need to restore your purchase to gain access to the content.

Android and iOS:

First, you'd need to check your Android subscription list to see if your subscription is still active. Instructions on how you can check your subscription status are outlined here.

If it is active, please follow the instructions below;

  1. Log out of the app (if logged in with the email address) You must log out of the app to continue with the next steps

  2. Go to the account tab and click "Join Now" or click on a video then Join Now.

  3. On the subscription screen, click "Already a Subscriber"

  4. On the Sign in to your account screen click "Restore Purchase"

NOTE: If you are only seeing the option Create an Account, go ahead and enter your email, name, and password to create the account.

⚠️⚠️IMPORTANT⚠️⚠️: If you receive any error/warning message while carrying out the steps above, please contact our technical support team providing the following information for further investigation:

  1. The Transaction ID. Usually, this is provided in the confirmation email you receive from the app or Play Store when purchasing the app.

  2. At what step did you receive the warning message?

  3. A screenshot of the warning/error message you receive.

  4. A screenshot or picture of your active subscription from your app store or play store subscription list.
