Some App Stores do not require users to sign in or create an account when making In-App purchases and as a result, you will need to restore your purchase to gain access to the content.

Android:

First, you'd need to check your android subscription list to see if your subscription is still active. Instructions on how you can check your subscription status are outlined here.

If it is active, please follow the instructions below;

  1. Open our app

  2. Tap on Account

  3. Tap on Join Now

  4. Tap Already a Subscriber?

  5. Tap Restore Purchase

NOTE: If you are only seeing the option Create an Account, go ahead and enter your email, name, and password to create the account. Once the account is created;

  1. Tap on a video

  2. Tap on Join Now

  3. Tap on Already a Subscriber?

  4. Tap Restore Purchase

IOS:

You'd need to check your iOS/Apple subscription list to see if your subscription is still active. Instructions on how to check for an active Apple subscription are outlined here

  1. The Transaction ID. Usually, this is provided in the confirmation email you receive from the app or play store when purchasing the app.

  2. At what step did you receive the warning message?

  3. A screenshot of the warning/error message, you receive.

  4. A screenshot or picture of your active subscription from your app store or play store subscription list.
