Some App Stores do not require users to sign in or create an account when making In-App purchases and as a result, you will need to restore your purchase to gain access to the content.
1. Check Email and Subscription. Navigate to Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions.
2. If active, go ahead and restore your purchase:
-Open App. Tap Settings, Login, then Sign-In.
-Make sure you are using the same Google Play Account email.
-Tap a Locked Video, then Get Access >Subscribe >Restore Purchase.
-Follow steps onscreen to complete the process.
1: Check Email & Subscription: Device Settings >Your Name >Subscriptions
2: If Active, Restore Purchase:
-Tap Settings, then Logout. Select a locked video, then tap Get Access.
Follow the steps below for the option you see on your screen.
OPTION 1: SIGN-IN or CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
-Tap Sign-In. Enter email/password.
-Tap Settings, Billing, Subscribe, then Restore Purchase.
-Enter password for Apple ID linked to device.
OPTION 2: SIGN-IN or SUBSCRIBE
-Tap Subscribe, then Restore Purchase.
-Enter password for Apple ID linked to Subscription.
-Go to Settings, tap Login then Create New Account.
-Use the Apple ID linked to the device & subscription to create the account.
-This allows you to create login credentials that can be used on any platform.
