You can apply a coupon code when switching subscription by following the steps outlined below
NOTE: If your subscription originates via a third party (for example apple, google, Roku, etc) you will not be able to apply a coupon code. Instead, you will need to cancel the subscription, wait for the subscription to expire, then resubscribe via the website.
Here is how you can apply a coupon code to your membership
Sign into your account via the website
Go to Profile -> Dashboard
Select Purchases
Click on Change beside the subscription you want to switch to
On the pop-up page, click on Apply A Code
Enter the Coupon Code
Click on Change Membership
