Can I Pause My Subscription?
If you need a short break, you may have the option to pause your subscription instead of canceling it.
While paused, you won’t be billed, and your access will be suspended until you resume.
📣 Important:
Only monthly memberships are eligible to be paused.
Annual plans cannot be paused.
You can only pause once every 12 months.
Pause options typically include 1, 2, or 3 months of paused time.
If you do not see an option to pause, it means your specific membership plan does not allow pausing.
In that case, you will need to cancel your subscription instead.
🛠️ How to Pause Your Subscription
Sign in to your account on our website.
Click your profile icon (usually at the top right).
Select Account Settings or Membership, or Purchases & payments.
Find and select Manage for your active membership.
Click on End Membership.
If pausing subscription is available to you, you'll see an option to pause. Click on Pause.
Choose your pause duration (1, 2, or 3 months) from the available options.
Confirm your selection and complete all steps until you see a confirmation message.
💡 Tip:
Your subscription is not paused until you receive a confirmation screen or email. Your pause won't take effect until your current payment period ends.
🔄 What Happens When You Pause
At the end of your current billing period, your next payment is paused: No charges during the pause period.
Access is suspended: You won’t be able to stream content until you resume.
Automatic resume: After the pause period ends, billing and access will automatically restart.
Manual resume: You can manually resume your subscription early by signing in to your account.
🛠️ If You Don’t See the Pause Option
If you are unable to find a “Pause” button:
You may be on an annual plan, which cannot be paused.
You may have already used your pause option within the past 12 months.
Your membership type may not be eligible for pausing, such as special promotional plans or certain older account types, or we may just not offer it for the plan you're on.
In these cases, the only option is to cancel your subscription and resubscribe when you’re ready.
⚠️ Reminder:
Our support team is unable to manually pause plans that do not offer the pause option.
📱 Special Note for App Store Subscriptions
Mobile App Store Subscriptions:
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, etc., we do not control the pause options.
Pausing may not be available depending on the app store’s policies.
If pausing is not offered, you will need to cancel directly through the App Store or Google Play.
