To enable app notifications, you'd need to do two things.
First, turn on notifications for the app from within your device settings.
Android
On your device, go to Settings (gear icon)
Tap on Apps
Tap on our app
Tap on Notifications
Toggle on Allow Notifications
Select the notification types
iOS
On your device, go to Settings
Tap on Notifications
Scroll down and tap on our App
Turn on Allow Notifications
Enable Lock screen, Notification Center, and Banners as necessary
Enable Sounds and Badges
Secondly, Turn on Receive Notification from within the app.
Open the app, and go to My Account. Turn on Allow Notifications.
