Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your account at any time. This will remove all your information from our system, and you can no longer sign in or access your data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your information cannot be recovered.
Step 1: Sign In to Your Account
Go to the website and log in.
Step 2: Go to Your Profile Settings
Click your account menu at the top right corner of the page.
Select your name or email to open your profile settings.
This menu may appear as Dashboard, My Profile, or My Account depending on your view. It can be found at the top or bottom of the website.
Step 3: Access the Danger Zone
Scroll to the bottom of your profile settings page.
Find the section labeled Danger Zone.
Click Delete My Account.
Step 4: Confirm Your Deletion
Check the box that says “I confirm that I want my account deleted.”
Click Delete Account to finalize the process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I recover my account after deletion?
A: No. Once deleted, your account and all data are permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Q: I can’t find the Delete My Account button—what should I do?
A: Make sure you’re in your profile settings and scroll to the bottom. Look for the Danger Zone section.
