Remove Your Credit Card Details
You can remove your saved payment method anytime by accessing your account on the website. This is not possible from mobile or TV apps.
If you remove your card and have an active subscription, future payments will fail, and your access may be revoked.
If you signed up through an app store, we cannot remove your payment details. You’ll need to do this through the app store where you subscribed (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).
Step 1: Sign In on the Website
Go to the website and sign in with your email and password.
Click your profile photo in the top-right corner and click on your Name and Email.
Step 2: Go to Payment Settings
Click on the Payments tab.
Step 3: Remove the Payment Method
Scroll to the Payment Method section.
Click Change Payment Method.
In the pop-up window, select Remove Method.
Confirm your choice to complete the removal.
You’ll see a success message when your payment details are fully removed.
Once you remove your current payment method, you may be asked for a new one. You can simply click the back button to return to your account.
