If you subscribed through an app store (like Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku), your subscription is managed by that store. This means:

  • We cannot cancel or refund in-app subscriptions on your behalf.

  • You must cancel directly through the app store where you made the purchase.

How to Cancel via App Stores

Apple App Store (iPhone, iPad, Mac)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap your name at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Google Play Store (Android Devices)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.

  3. Tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.

  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

  1. Find the subscription you want to cancel.

  2. Click Manage Subscription.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
