Changing Your Subscription Plan
You can update your subscription plan through the website or, if you subscribed through an app store, by managing it directly with them.
If You Subscribed on the Website
Follow these steps to change your plan:
Log in to your account on the website.
Go to Payments and Purchases in your account menu.
Find your current membership.
Click on Manage next to it.
Select Change Plan.
Choose your new plan and click Subscribe Now.
If you switch from a prepaid plan (like annual) to a lower-cost plan (like monthly), your remaining balance will be converted into credits. These credits will be used for future charges until they run out, after which you'll be billed normally.
If You Subscribed Through an App Store
If you signed up via an app store, all changes must be made through that store’s subscription settings:
Apple App Store: Open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Google Play Store: Open Google Play > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Amazon Appstore: Go to Your Account > Your Apps > Subscriptions.
Roku: Visit my.roku.com and go to Manage Subscriptions.
We cannot make subscription changes for accounts managed through app stores. Please contact the app store’s support if you need help.
