Knowing whether you subscribed through the website or an app store (Apple or Google) helps you understand where to manage your billing and cancellations.

Option 1: Check Your Email Receipt

  1. Find the payment receipt email for your subscription.

  2. Look at the sender:

    • If it came from Apple or Google, your subscription was made through the App Store.

    • If it came from us directly, you signed up via the website.

Search your email for keywords like “receipt,” “subscription,” or the name of the app.

Option 2: Check Your Phone’s Subscription Settings

You can see your active app subscriptions in your device settings.

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Look for the app in the list.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right.

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Look for the app in the list.

If you see an active subscription listed here, you’re subscribed via the App Store.

Option 3: Check in Your Web Account

  1. Log in on the website using your account email and password.

  2. Go to Purchases & Payments in your account settings.

You will see one of the following:

  • In-App Subscription – Your subscription was started in the Apple App Store or Google Play. It will say where you need to manage it.

  • Direct Subscription – You signed up on the website and can manage billing directly from your dashboard.

You cannot cancel or update billing info on the website if your subscription was made via Apple or Google. You must do it through the corresponding app store.
