How to Request a Refund for In-App Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly through them.

Updated this week

If you made your purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store,

we cannot issue refunds directly.

Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested through the platform where you made the purchase.

šŸ“£ Note:

App stores handle their own billing and refund policies independently of our app or website.

How to Request a Refund from the Apple App Store

  1. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase.

  2. Find the subscription or purchase you want refunded.

  3. Select Request a Refund and provide a reason.

  4. Submit your request and wait for Apple’s response.

šŸ’” Tip:

Apple typically responds within a few days. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to Apple’s policies, not ours.

How to Request a Refund from the Google Play Store

  1. Fill out the form with details about your purchase.

  2. Submit the form for Google’s review.

šŸ“£ Note:

Google usually reviews refund requests within 48 hours, but timeframes may vary. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to Google's policies, not ours.

If You Subscribed Directly on Our Website

If you subscribed directly through our website (not through an app store),

Please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist with refund requests according to our refund policy.

ā“ Need More Help?

We’re happy to assist with questions about your account, billing, or subscription.

However, if your purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, etc., you will need to follow their refund process.

🚫 We cannot process refunds for in-app purchases. Refund approval is solely at the discretion of the App Store or Google Play — if they decline your request, we are unable to assist further.

ā„¹ļø Reminder:

App stores have their own rules and timelines for refunds. Approval is not guaranteed and is solely at their discretion.
