After canceling a subscription, it's important to confirm the cancellation to avoid unexpected charges. Follow the steps below based on how you originally signed up.
If You Signed Up Through Our Website
Check Your Email for a Cancellation Confirmation
You may or may not receive a confirmation email after canceling your membership.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email.
Check Your Account Status Online
You can verify your cancellation directly on our website.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Go to our website and log in to your account.
Click on your Profile icon.
Select Purchases & Payments from the menu.
Look for your membership status:
If it says "Pending Cancellation", your subscription is canceled and will end at the end of the billing period.
If there’s no active membership listed, your subscription has already ended.
This option is only available on the website, not in the mobile apps.
If You Subscribed Through an App Store
Subscriptions made through app stores must be checked through the respective store.

Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Look for the subscription. If it no longer appears under active subscriptions, it has been canceled.

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Check the status of the subscription.
Amazon Appstore
Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions on Amazon.
Locate your subscription.

Roku
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Navigate to the subscribed channel.

The cancellation status will appear there.
We cannot confirm or manage in-app subscriptions on your behalf. You must check directly with the app store.
