Occasionally, in order to troubleshoot issues with apps on your Roku, technical support will ask for your Roku model.
You can locate the model of your Roku device from the settings menu of your Roku device.
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
Select System
Select About
The About screen lists a lot of information about your Roku player including the model number.
