How to Add Videos to Your Calendar

Plan your viewing schedule by adding videos to your calendar on the web or in the app.

Updated this week

You can add videos—and even upcoming live events—to your calendar to help stay organized and on track with your content. This feature is available on both the website and the mobile app.

On the Website

  1. Sign in to your account on the web.

  2. Go to the video or live event you want to schedule.

  3. Click Add to Calendar.

  4. Click Add to My Calendar to schedule it in your membership calendar.

You’ll also have the option to add the video to your external calendar (Google, Apple, or Outlook):

  • Just select the external calendar service you’d like.

  • Follow the steps provided to add the event.

Third-party calendar options are only available via the website. These external calendars (like Google or Apple) are not managed by us.

On the Mobile App

  1. Open the app and sign in.

  2. Tap Calendar in the bottom menu.

  3. Select the date you want to schedule for.

  4. Tap Add Video.

  5. Choose the videos you’d like to add.

Your updates will save automatically.

On the app, you can only add videos to your membership calendar, not external calendars like Google or Apple.

Marking Videos as Completed

  • Once a video is watched, it may show a green checkmark to indicate it’s complete.

  • You can also mark a video manually:

    • Tap the video from your calendar.

    • Select Complete Video for Today or Mark as watched.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I add videos to Google or Apple Calendar?

A: Yes, but only from the website. These external calendars are not available in the mobile app.

Q: What if I change my mind about the scheduled date?

A: You can remove the video from one day and re-add it to another; just repeat the same steps. You can also go to a specific date on your calendar and remove videos from that day.
