You can easily reset your password on the website.

To reset your password:

Navigate to the Sign-in page

On the sign-in page, click on Forgot Password?

Enter your email address and click Send Instructions

A confirmation will appear that the reset email has been sent. Click on the Reset Password link provided in the reset email.

Enter your new password. To view what you have typed, click on the eye icon. Click Change Password to save the changes.

A confirmation message will appear, and you will be automatically redirected to the home page to log in.

NOTE: You can not reset your password via the app. You should first reset it on the website then the changes will be applied to app log-in credentials.
