Fixing an Account On Hold Due to Payment Issues
If you have an unpaid invoice, your account may be placed on hold. This means you won’t be able to access your subscription content until the payment issue is resolved.
What You’ll See
You’ll see a warning message that says “Account is on hold” when trying to access your subscription.
This message appears when a payment has failed or a past invoice remains unpaid.
How to Unlock Your Account:
To regain access:
Enter your card details in the payment section.
Click Update payment.
If your card was previously declined, using the same card again will likely not work. Contact your bank or card issuer to find out why the payment was declined.
If You Want to Cancel Your Subscription
If you no longer wish to continue your subscription:
On the On Hold page, click the Cancel Subscription button.
If You Want to Sign Out Instead
If you prefer to sign out of your account:
Click on Sign Out
This will log you out of your account.
