Canceling via the Website
Follow these steps to cancel your membership directly through our website:
Log in to your account via our website.
Navigate to Profile at the top right
Select Purchases & Payments.
Select Manage next to your active membership.
To cancel:
Click End Membership to cancel.
If your membership is paused, click on the three dots beside cancel pause then click End Membership.
If you want to temporarily pause your membership instead, click Pause.
✅ Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing periods.
Important:
You may see a pop-up survey during the cancellation process. Follow the on-screen instructions to either confirm your cancellation or accept a special discount to continue your membership.
Canceling an In-App Subscription
If you purchased your subscription through an app store (like Apple, Google, Amazon, or Roku), you must cancel it through the same app store.
Canceling through our website will not stop billing from an app store purchase.
